A Bit About Me
Hey there! Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Kristin, a Wisconsin native, wife, friend, and certified sleep consultant. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with my family. I spent several years working closely with families as a birth and postpartum doula, and through that experience, I saw just how deeply sleep deprivation can affect both parents and babies. I became a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant because I wanted to offer lasting support, not just in the early days. I believe every family deserves rest, and that getting there doesn’t have to feel confusing or overwhelming. My approach is always collaborative, I’ll never hand you a rigid plan and wish you luck. We’ll work together as a team to create a plan that fits your child, your parenting style, and your unique family values.
